- I didn’t receive my activation email, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive an activation email, it’s because our mail is incorrectly labelled as spam (Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL) etc.).
To make sure you receive our mails, please add support@yachting-casino.com to your list of trusted senders and/ or to your contact list. In order to do this, just follow these simple instructions.
Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm Mail
- Login into your Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm e-mail account.
- Click on “Options” on the right hand side of the screen.
- Click on “More Options”.
- Choose “Safe and blocked senders”.
- Select “Safe mailing lists”.
- Type support@yachting-casino.com.
- Click on the “Add to list” button.
Yahoo
- Login into your Yahoo e-mail account.
- Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on Add contact.
- Under “E-mail Addresses” section enter support@yachting-casino.com.
- Save changes.
AOL
- Login into your AOL e-mail account.
- Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on “New” tab and choose “New Contact”.
- A pop up will appear.
- In the e-mail field enter: email support@yachting-casino.com.
- Save chages.
Gmail
- Login into your Gmail e-mail account.
- Click on “Contacts”.
- Click on Add contact button (icon).
- In the field titled “E-mail” enter support@yachting-casino.com.
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
- I can't see some pages properly on my monitor. What can I do?
In order to see our casino games properly on your monitor, please make sure your screen resolution is not too low.
Here is how to check your screen settings on Windows XP
- Click on the "Start" button on Windows.
- Click on "Settings."
- Then click on "Control Panel."
- Double-click on the "Display" icon (monitor).
- When the Display window opens, Click on the "Settings" tab.
- You will see “Screen Resolution” setting in the lower part of the Display window.
- Make sure the “Screen Resolution” is set to at least 800 x 600.If your computer allows it, we recommend a “Screen Resolution” setting of 1280 by 768 pixels or higher. The larger the screen area setting, the more you will be able to see on one page.
You may experience trouble sending data using our online forms if you are connecting through a proxy. If so, please contact your network administrator.
Please check your cookies settings. The upper level of security will prevent you from playing Yachting Casino's games.

- What kind of hardware and software do I need to play on Yachting Casino?
